How to join the Club

The Heatons Sports Club operates on a subscription basis. You can purchase subscriptions for yourself or your family members.

Register

First you need to register on the Heatons Sports Club website. If you are under 18 then your parent or guardian needs to register for you.

Add Family Members

Once registered, you can add your family members to your account if you want to buy a club subscription for them.

Choose Your Subscriptions

You can now add your club and sport subscriptions for each family member. Once purchased, you’ll be able to manage subscriptions from your account dashboard.

Enjoy your club!

Your subscriptions will renew automatically and you’ll receive an email a few days before the renewal date.

Frequently Asked Questions

Each subscription is for a minimum of 1 year. You have a 14 day cooling off period when you first join. After that if you don’t want the subscription to renew you can switch off Auto-renewal from your dashboard. If you wish to cancel within 14 days of joining please contact the membership team.

As many as you like! You can add under 18s, and you can also add other adults too if you’d like to have a single place to manage all your family subscriptions. Of course each adult can have their own account if you prefer.

We don’t have a defined membership year. Your membership subscription will begin on the day you join and will renew in 12 months unless you cancel.

No, sorry! But we have made it easy for one person in the family to manage the subscriptions for the whole household.

Only paid up members who have subscribed to the Tennis plan can book tennis courts.

Sure, we welcome new players. Your non-member guest is welcome to try a couple of sessions, but after that they will be required to join if they wish to continue playing.

Yes, you can try up to two sessions, after that you will need to join to continue. You will not be able to play in any matches however.
